Last month we explored the concept of categorizing ourselves within the spectrum of introverts to extroverts with ambiverts having some characteristics of both. Since we took time to be introspective and see where we fall on the spectrum, we are going to shift the focus to where others in our lives may also be within the same spectrum. By identifying how other people operate we can be better prepared to accommodate, or at least sympathize with, their needs and desires. Although being intuitive can be a stronger trait for introverts, no matter where you are on the spectrum it can be a useful tool for working with others.
We are also going to shift our focus toward some of the strengths extroverts may possess or tools they might use that could be helpful to anyone. We will be trying to explore doing more extroverted activities this month while monitoring how it makes us feel and whether or not it could be helpful or useful to employ as a tool depending on our environment. There are endless possibilities but this could include characteristics like: being more decisive, taking action, or increasing social interaction.
