What is a maverick?
A maverick is defined as "an unorthodox or independent-minded person." In a world full of societal expectations to work all day, every day, with the constant bombardment of marketing trying to get us to eat or buy the latest and greatest - it is time we start to think different, start to do different. It is time for us to take back control of our lives and realize we do have the power to make a difference for ourselves, our family and friends, and our community.
Who is this class for?
This class is designed for busy adults, working or in school, who are looking to get fit and learn more tools to stay healthy. It is open to anyone in high school or above. Everyone needs to sign a waiver and the waiver should be signed by a parent or guardian if the participant is under 18. In addition, at least one adult must be present for a minor to participate in class.
CGA hosts an open gym at the same time and kids from 18 months and up are welcome for $5 cash each paid directly to CGA. There is a smaller area for ages 18 months to 5 years and then a larger area for over 5 years old. Both have adult supervision and at least two staff members on site at all times. Get more information at www.cgagymnastics.org
What level is this designed for?
The intention is for this class to be accessible to any level of experience. I have had clients from 3 years to 80 years and can create modifications as needed to adapt to different levels of experience, injuries, or limitations. Our goal is always to challenge ourselves while maintaining a safe and accepting environment.
What will we do in class?

Feel free to bring your kids or family to open gym to play around on the other side of the gym for $5 cash each, paid directly to CGA. Staff members will be on site to supervise so that you can concentrate on your workout. *There will be occasional classes that will be rescheduled or cancelled due to gym closures or the unavailability of staff.
